Hi Sir/madam My son is suffering with high fever(101.5) and cold .Given paracetamol 250 still fever is not coming down ,can I give p 250 mf syrup after one hour ?

u have to do tepid sponging and repeat paracetamol after 4 hrs and consult with pediatrician because u have to need antibiotics
