Stomach infection
I had a paneer roll yesterday in lunch, soon realised that it had gone bad and had bern vomiting since night. Though i no longer feel vomitish but there is mild pain in stomach above naval and below chest area. Pleasw recommend an antibiotic for pain relief or infection to wash out
