Stomach cramps even after using restroom
I had constipation for 3 weeks which got relieved after taking health mix, but I have started having excessive bloating and nausea. I consulted a doctor last week, he prescribed me Nexpro fast 40mg and Gaviscon peppermint syrup. I took it for 3 days. After that due to Chennai flood and my situation I missed to take the tablet. Now since 2 days I am having stomach cramps even after using washroom. I have started Nexpro tablet again. Kindly advise me if I need to take any other tablet along with this or this alone with help

In your story there is no mention of lifestyle modifications.  No medicine will help you in bloating of the abdomen and nausea unless you practice the lifestyle modifications

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Is there any blood/mucous in your stool? Do you have stomach pain only after using the washroom or even after meals? Do you have acidity problem with bloating?
Next Steps
Stomach cramps after using the washroom may be a pointer towards IBD. Consult a gastroenterologist to rule out any Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Health Tips
Continue the prescribed Medications till you consult the gastroenterologist. Avoid fried, fatty or spicy food. Eat smaller meals at regular intervals.
