Stomach bloating, Incomplete Evacuation.
Hi, I got some tests (attached) done yesterday that show my Vitamin B12 level is very low. It was just 97 wherein an optimum range iss considered above 200. I have been suffering from IBS as I was informed by a well known Gastroentrolgist. Now my main concerns are that I don't go for a complete BM(bowel movement) and my stomach remains bloated specially after a BM. My Vitamin D level is also low for which I am taking Cholecalciferol (60000 IU) twice a week. My Colonoscopy result is also good.

Take one spoon caster oil with a2 milk at night. Two spoons of virgin coconut oil first thing in the morning and and make breakfast with a healthy fat shake which would include cocunut milk, avacado, two spoons of cocunut oil, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds. Start a detox juice which would include amla, alovera, curry leaves, wheatgrass and turmeric. Avoid wheat, refined carbs. Take supplements as recommended by your doctor.. Ibs can be a easy fix if right diet is followed. Let me know if further help needed
