My son is continuously going for loose motions and vomiting ,even after taking medication also problem not solved pls help me

Drink ORS as much as possible. syrup. Ondem 5ml thrice  a day for vomitting. Syrup.neutrolin b 5ml twice a day for 3 days. Syrup.zioral or zincovit 2.5ml twice a day foe 14 days
