Stomach ache
My 5 years 5months old daughter complains of stomach ache. This pains move , some time above her navel and other times below her navel.

If the pain is more before food... It may be gastritis. Try giving half a cup of cold milk before meals... Give plenty of water and avoid spicy, junk food
