Stomach ache
M having mild stomach ache from past 2-3 days ... Sometimes it feels like a cramp , sometimes acidity... Have constipation too... N m trying to conceive also... Can it be a symptom of pregnancy? I have experienced cramps n mood swings few days back

Early pregnancy can have such symptoms. Avoid most of the drugs. Antacid tablet can be taken
