  4. Stomach ache. Medicine i have to prefer!

Stomach ache
From two days onwards i am suffering from stomach ache and today its more on left side Which medicine i have to prefer

Hello...... It could be gastritis or gastroenteritis.. Cannot say anything without examination.. In doubtful cases ultrasound scan may also be required.... Take antacids, pantoprezol for time being. Have semisoild foods with out spice in it.. Avoid outside food items.. Consult general physician.
