  4. Stomach ache. And suggest a medicine.

Stomach ache
Day before Yesterday I experienced pain in my stomach on left side of stomach slightly below the naval. I was also not able to pass stool as well. After sometime i had pain in my back as well and had acidity as well and vomited 2-3 times. I took rantac 150mg and meftal spas DS. I Was not able to eat anything for entire day. Took a pain relief medicine and the pain subsided but not completely and yesterday entire day it Was  ok but not completely...Today once again in morning I experienced pain in stomach but no pain in my back. Please help diagnose the problem and suggest a medicine.

You need proper examination. Such severe pain in that area can be due to renal stone or colitis. Review with  USG whole abdomen done. Take light food And drink lots of water.
