Stomach ache and fever
My 4 year old had stomach infection is taking zifi econorm plus crocin for fever. He is complaining on constant stomach ache and he seems feverish post the crocin dose.
What else can I do ?

Hi u did nt mention any information about diarrhoea.
It's GIT infection. Pain is common till the infection subsides.
Use : Syp. Cyclopam 5ml - 3 times a day for stomach pain
Constinue Syrup.Paracetmol ( Crocin ) for fever ..
