Stitches gone red
I cut my knee open over a year ago and it was stitched up and healed fine. Today it has gone red and looks like it’s got something yellow underneath it

Redness with yellow looking wound could usually mean an infection. It will be extremely difficult for me to tell you exactly without examining you. There are also a few questions I would like to ask you, whether you got hurt at the same place recently? Did you take a Tetanus shot the last time your were hurt?

I would advice you to see a General Surgeon who may examine your wound and tell you if you have an infection in the tissue or skin infection.
