I was taking medicine for back pain and medicines leads to constipation and also i had spicy mutton after 1 day of taking this i m having a bad stomach pain which ia rotating from last few days i tood medicines but still problem.is same...pls help me with medicines if poaaible

Like the answers? Consult privately with the doctor of your choice

Drink upto 8 to 10 glass of water daily.. Tab Meftal-spas for pain episodes and maximum upto 3 times a day.. Start some fibre for smooth bowel movements.. If problem continues even after 5 days of medicines then u need to consult.a Gastroenterologist..
