Hi.. I am 23 years old. My doctor has prescribed me Nexpro HP kit but I forgot to ask the timing for taking the medicine. Should I take it before/after breakfast and before/after dinner? Please help

Although instructions are given on packet, medications should be taken be before meals, 3 tab in morning and other three in evening.
