If there is sign of inflammation like redness, pain, swelling, warm to touch... start tab enzoflam bd post meal for five days with ice fomentation as reqd. When these above signs reduce / were not present in first place at all... start tab febuxostat 40 mg OD in morning for 30 days gouty arthritis is a chronic disorder and you shouldn't stop medicines on your own mostly you will need long term medication
Health Tips
rapid reduction of uric acid level sometimes gives paradoxical more pain... ignore it and continue medication
