For the past few months I have been experiencing stiffness and pain in my back and neck area. I believe that its most likely because of the chair I am using right now(i am a college student and this chair is provided by the college). Its very hard to maintain my posture on the chair, but the hostel doesn't allow bringing in chairs from outside without proper medical certification. Will it be possible to get one by just visiting the doctor?

Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
