Hi Doctor
kindly suggest tablet for Stiff neck.Not did anything that can creat muscles injury.Had Bad stomach ,fever around 99 and headach few days back .

Stiff neck can be symptom of Meningitis, if you have associated headache, fever, drowsiness..
If its a cramp related to abnormal sleeping pattern then just a pain killer will solve your problem.

Give hot compression,apply relaxyl ointment and take dolo 650 mg tablet if required.. if symptoms persist kindly consult
