Stiff neck, and back lump under chi

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have a stiff neck and lower back. I found a hard lump under the middle of my chin. It feels like the cyst on my wrist. Last night i got sick out of no where and vomited on tge way home in my car. I sm trying to see if all symptoms are possibly related or not before I seek help.
