Steroid damaged face
I used betamil GM i.e betamethasone about 4 years. It damaged my skin's upper layer. I m unable to go in sun. I m in serious problem. pls give me some suggestions.

Dear Patient ,
First and foremost....Stop using Betamil GM !!!
Start using a moisturizer meant for the face and a sunscreen regularly.
Consult a dermatologist in person who will assess your skin and prescribe further treatment accordingly !

Never use any medicine by yourself or by the advice of a pharmacist without consulting a doctor first !
