STERNUM CRACKING IN MIDDLE
Hello doctors, my sternum is cracking and making sounds like i move or turn my body around ...i feel like stiffness in sternum and wanting to crack...  to feel relief... . . HOW TO STOP THIS STIFFNESS IN STERNUM, only stiffnes no pain no previous injurious and echo PA xray normal... please suggest any remedies or gels to relieve stiffness and discomfort in sternum...pic attached as examples
