Steam inhalation
I am allergic to many things .. first I feel nose congestion then sore throat and chest congestion with dry whooping cough .. if I take Steam inhalation both from nose and mouth is it harmful in any way . As sometimes I feel chest tightness and dry cough .. thanks

Not harmful. Take nebuliser with levolin for chest congestion

Theyre all signs of allergy, you need evaluation. Also have to ruleout asthma as you have chesg congestion. If you have problems now consult online or wait for the lockdowns to lift, to goto hospitals for routine evaluation and PFT. If it escalates to an emergency donot hesitate to visit hospital.
