Std infection. And hep b and hep c.

I had unprotected oral sex with my boyfriend 5 weeks ago and since then I have been suffering from sore throat(already took antibiotics for the same.recently visited ent and he says it's laryngitis).but because of this I sometimes get worried if I had contacted any STD..(got information from Internet :() my boyfriend had past relationships and he had occasionally practiced unprotected anal sex with his ex girlfriends(which scares me even more ).I have already talked to him but he thinks I am just overthinking(which might be true).but for my peace of mind I want to get tested.can you please tell me what are the window period for syphilis and hep b and hep c.for hiv I know it's 3 months.(already talked to aids helpline.).I don't want to regret later
