Good morning dear. It could be because of STD or could be because of other parameters which are making your semen watery. Your doctor needs to understand what all is happening in your body.
Just for the record, it could be a normal issue like wrong concepts. Ex: multiple ejaculations and thinking that every time the semen should be viscous. If it is true then its a wrong assumption.
