Starting walking at 8 months
I'm 30 weeks pregnant today and I'm having two external haemmoroids from the 6th month. So I was not doing any kind of exercise till now since I was afraid whether it will elevate haemmoroids. If I walk I'm feeling like haemmoroids are swelling too much suddenly. Can I start walking now at 8th month ? What all other exercises I can start now with existing haemmoroids for normal delivery??? Please help . I'm not having any other complications

You should definitely walk. Please have an adequate walk without tiring yourself. You should also do stand ups and sit ups. That may help you during normal delivery.
