I have been experiencing a stammering problem for past few months. I think it is because of stress I'm facing in my office. I changed my job around year back. I am a junior banker at a large MNC bank and the job entails lot of stress and shouting and seniors putting pressure on you for unrealistic targets. I also relocated and got married around the same time resulting in change in my lifestyle. Can you tell me some steps how I can control this stutter? I did not have it like a year or so back and it is causing depression for me whereby after I stammer in some sentence etc. I feel really down after that. Plus I am someone who has always valued my speaking abilities and this new stutter is causing a loss of confidence also. Please help
