I am from Mumbai Maharashtra, age 25 unmarried I am suffering from penis shrinkage and stamina in bed as I get tired easily. I had tried shilajit also but then also the problems are the same and there are no changes in size . During the intercourse I am unable to insert my penis in vagina due to this. Please help me out.

Let me explain you about your issue in brief -
Penis shrinkage is a decrease in penis size. Sometimes, the shrinkage is permanent, and other times, it is the result of a treatable condition or due to lifestyle habits. Penis shrinkage is widespread as men age, but there are many other reasons why a penis may shrink.
Often frequent masturbation leads to erection problems and penis shrinkage. It seems to me you have been indulged in doing masturbation and watching porn alot.
