Hello.. Yellow stains may be calculus, fluorosis, or tea, coffee, betal stains and many..
I advice you to do scaling now.. And do it again after three months..
Later you can do scaling once a year..
If it is calculus, tea, coffee, betal stains means, scaling is enough..
In case the yellow stain is due to fluorosis, bleaching of teeth has to be done..
Follow up with a intraoral clinical picture..
Health Tips
do flossing
brush your upper teeth top to bottom... lower teeth, bottom to top..
use interdental brushing
use mouth wash..

Use of a soft brush would be recommended. To learn the right technique of brushing, you might have to go for a consultation.
You may not be able to get rid of the stains by just brushing. Scaling by a dental professional may be required.
Stains can not removed by any tooth brush alone, firstly you need scaling of teeth then follow proper brushing technique and maintaine good oral hygiene after that.
Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
Hi,
Only brushing won't remove the stains, brushing properly prevents accumulation of plaque and stains but once stains are visible it can be only treated with proper clinical scaling.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for scaling, avoid tea and coffee, tobacco, pan Masala.
