Stage 4Lung cancer diagnosed
My mother in law had pet scan done. The reports are attached. There are lesions in brain, lung , abdomen and thigh.
She has lot of pain in back and both legs and is very weak. We are not in favour of chemo and radiations….kindly guide me!

Any biopsy is done or not. Please give that report. Female lung cancer usually do well with targeted therapy(by chance if you are not willing for chemotherapy). First try with whole brain radiotherapy followed by targeted therapy. If you want more details connect with me. Ready to explain in detail. Because radiotherapy is only treatment will go to brain( not chemotherapy and targeted therapy). Now lung cancer immunotherapy also can be tried.
