Hi,
I have outward squint in left eye from birth. About 5 years back I got a squint surgery but squint was not 100% removed. Now I want my squint to be treated as 100% correct.
Please suggest best possible way.
Thanks in advance...

You can try recorrection surgery done but since your left eye is amblyopic hence binocular vision can't be established and in straight gaze you may have both eyes straight but while looking outwards and inward ,Squint might appear due to uniocular vision .
