Squint in amblyopic eye

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have squint in my right amblyopic eye before surgery it was krimskey test 45 PD extropia.after 1 year of surgery krimskey test 16 PD.should i go for 2nd time surgery or i heard it is difficult for amblyopic eye. My right is amblyopic since when i was 1 year old now i am 19.please suggest me some good exercise for this and some good hospital in delhi
