I feel my son squint one eye outwards sometimes. Is it possible to occasionally squint?

Yes it is possible... It is called intermittent exotropia.. how old is your child and how often do u see him squinting? ( On a scale of 1-10 times a day) is it only when he is tired or sleepy?
