Hi im a goalkeeper i spread my knee while playing im recovery from my therapie But i have a question thats bothering me in my head that im afriad its going to happen again that its going to get knee spreaned Can you please tell me the truth Im afraid,scared Oh and one more thing why do i always get nervous when i play is it anxity????
