I have a sprained in my shoulder since today's morning. Feeling pain too. I m using volini gel but please suggest any paim relief medicine to me.

You can start with hot fomentation at the site of pain, take analgesic with antiinflammatory medicine like Tab. Signoflam twice daily for 3 days. You can also apply local analgesic ointment at the site of pain fir 3-4 time daily.

Next Steps

If the pain persists, plan for some investigation like X ray or USG..
