Spotting in pcod
I hv pcod from 3 yrs...now from 3 mth i am getting only spotting instead of periods. In this lockdown i cant go to hospital. Can u suggest any medicine to get periods clearly

Tablet Livogen z once a day for one month Take PCOS diet And Exercise Milk with turmeric at night Reduce oil Increase onions and garlic and tomatoes Avoid fast food Take egg white and fish Avoid other non-veg and egg yellow Take wheat based diabetes diet Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns whenever available Take fenugreek in food Brisk walking 20 minutes three times a week

Hi there, If you have any doubt get a pregnancy test. If neg do not worry.. PCOD needs evaluation. Consult in detail before starting any medication. Eat healthy and maintain weight. Do exercise.
