Spotting found
Spotting was found during pregnancy. I am pregnant from last 3 months ,reports are normal. Can I have sex during this period. Is it safe need your advice. Can we change the doctor if required at this time or not

Thank you for your question. If you have any bleeding or spotting in pregnancy it is not advisable to have intercourse. You can be intimate but avoid penetrative sex. You need to be examined by your gynaecologist to determine the cause of the bleeding as it can also come from local lesions on the cervix. You can change your doctor at anytime although it is good to stick to the person who knows your history. Best wishes
