My son is 10 months old. from more than 10-15 days i am observing some sopts on his tongue. i tried to capture picture but couldnt do that. i found similar picture in google so i am attaching that one with the pic of my son i took. it looks similar like the picture but he has 4-5 of that spots. he doesnt have any pain or discomfort. he was suffering from cold from last 1 week and is still on antibiotics. what are these spots? please advice
