Spot on scalp leaking clear smelly fluid
Dry painful sores on scalp. Started with 2 small spots, then grew a bit. I applied heat and larger one started leaking clear fluid smells weird. Hasn't stopped leaking for 4 days. Painful to touch smells. Also have 2 dry skin scabs on back of neck. Can't sleep properly because back of scalp. Smelly clear pus. T gel shampoo helps with smaller dry scabs but not with large leaking one. Savlon calms the pain but what can I do to dry up pus? Lymph nodes swell but getting normal. Eczema or psoriasis??
