Erythrasma and Pityriasis versicolor are different disease that may look similar in the axilla. A woods lamp test would confirm it. However the creams applied in both conditions is the same. If you want confirmation you can visit a dermatologist personally, if you're okay with getting a treatment here, online consultation is also fine
