I observed a brown flat painless spot inside my left cheek besides left molar. There is no burning sensation or swelling or bulge. Mild redness around circumference can be seen. I have been smoking normally since past 5 years. No other habits. Is it suspicious or benign?

At that place the salivary gland duct opens . If you press the salivary gland on the cheeks which is called parotid gland and saliva is flowing out from the area then not to worry if not visit an ENT
