Sport injury pain
1) Pain in the shin and near ankle on both the legs. 2) No problem while doing walk and normal day activity. 3) It pain only while playing for example cricket or games where running is involved. 4) its look like it is due to some deficiency as it has same kind of pain on both legs. 5) Sometimes i also get cramps in thighs. 6) kindly suggest some remedy and exercises that will cure this permanently. 7) I recently had my full body check up from srl diagnostics and as per report i have below points A) 25-hydroxy vitamin D 7.37 ng/ml. B) vitamin b12 less than 150 C) sodium 135
