Hi. Greetings. Firstly you need to lose weight. Secondly the information provided by you is not sufficient for me to make a diagnosis and treat you. Thirdly, the pictures provided looks more like a fungal infection or intertrigo to me. Please see a qualified dermatologist near you and discuss your problem in detail. Hope this helps.
