Dear friend, I have understood your concern, see pain may due to several reasons among first is poor posture mean while as you mentioned spondylitis you need to take physiotherapy treatment which increase the mobility between segments of spine. Take IFT modalities and lumbar traction which decreases your pain. Increase your mobility. Go for daily slow yoga pranayama practice and physical therapy strengthening exercises which maintain good muscles strength. No need of going for x-ray until pain is going from back to leg. With tingling numbness and paraesthesia. Go for physical therapy with life style modification which improve your pain drastically. I hope you have satisfied with the answer.
