Spondylolysis
I have left side pars defect over s1l5 and bulging disc over s1l5 and grade 1 anterolisthesis I have bucttak pain and left side back pain what can I do

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. If you are having Grade1 anterolisthesis u will have both side pars defect. Having said that Lytic listhesis is incidental finding in 2 to 3 percent of patients. Ther is a 90 % chance that if u follow Good strengthening excercises u will not need surgery.  If u have Severe unrelenting back pain 'buttock pain and u have recurrent episodes better to undergo fusion surgery. If you have lytic listhesis and lower limb symptoms.. you will need lumbar spine fusion surgery.
