I have lower back pain as well neck pain. I feel my head so heavy all the time. I feel like My shoulder muscles has got chocked up.

A low back pain n neck pain could be due to disc protrusion, ms spasm or nerve impingement ,muscle weakness or Vitamin deficiencies to add on ...we hav to find the real cause of ur back pain n neck pain after examining you n only then can we find a solution for ur problem ...so I advise u to see an orthopaedic or physiotherapist n let them do the needful
