My ist lower molar one cusp is deeply splitted from the the root socket as i marked with black sketch in image can this tooth be save or hemisectioning followed by rct what can be done on this suggests

Hello..is this has been told to you by dentist.. yes tooth can be saved by hemisection...but it should follow the rct..And prognosis of this in your case depends upon your X-ray reports too..ND extent of fracture ND extent of  supporting bone remaining..
