Spleen enlarged and left leg relate

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Due to b12 deficiency my hb level low from one month on words.now my hb level is 8.8 it's improved from 6.from leftside back to total left leg getting pain.and Spleen also enlarged.is there any relationship between Spleen enlargement and left leg pain?
