Spitting milk and curdled milk

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My daughter is newborn, she is 23 days old . She is on Breastfeeding, she is spitting a lot of milk throughout the day and night, and sometime she is spitting curdled milk also. I am really worried about this, please advice and suggest what to do.
