Spine injury
I have a mild spontelitis on my lumber spine. I just now have done my MRI. Its detail report is with me.it says my L1 and L 5 has spontilitis.

The correct term may be Spondylitis. Basic treatment would be to Control pain and increase Flexibility and Strength of Spine. For Pain relief some Medicines and Physiotherapy would help. For muscle strengthning and Flexibility you must visit a good Physio ASAP
