Spine(backbone) pains while sleeping
Spine(backbone) pain firstly started when I tried to pull up tractor cultivator(when I was 16 years old), then I went to a doctor, given some injection. The pain was gone. But later Spine(backbone) pains while sleep facing up, carrying a bucket of water, sometimes washing clothes/socks by bending. Please suggest will it get cure by medicines or will go for any surgery..!

Simplest and best advice for u is that u go get it checked by a Physiotherapist. Don't think too much...  Just straight forward go to a physio.  He would assess u properly.  There r various factors for chronic pain.  But stick to the treatment for some days and  the exercises which u will be taught. Surgeries are rarely needed. And u had enough medicines.
