  4. Spinal back pain. Started till legs.

My sister suffer from spinal back pain from last 2 YEAR so I visited so many doctors but there in no change came so can you tell me what is the main problem of it . And she also says when ever she take the heavy things such as buket , iron etc , then the pain started till legs.

Get her assessed from a properly qualified physiotherapist. She seems to be having weakness of back muscles and may be, improper postures add on to the strain in the back muscles. A proper strengthening regime can help her in 2 months time.
