Spicy foods
I had anal fissure, which has now recently completely healed as confirmed by the doctor. During the fissure episode, i had severe acidity, and a gastroenterologist had diagnosed it as IBS. I am still on Nexpro RD 40 and Sizaspa, and i take 10ml of duphalac to keep my stools soft. To avoid reoccurring of fissure, I apply anobliss before sleeping and again before passing stools. I am about to pass stools without any problem, no pain, no straining. But i am facing 2 problems. 1: Ever since the IBS, i don't feel the satisfaction of paying stools completely. But i also don't get the urge to pass stools again till the next morning. Is this normal due to medication? 2: i am slowly introducing spicy food into my diet. When i pass stools, i feel a bit of a burning in the anal area, which goes away after i wash with water. I am assuming i am not digesting spicy food properly which is the reason for my burning feel. Will this be better over time? Please respond over here as i cannot pay.
